We built the Proglucore app as a Commercial app. This Service is provided by CleverOne, Inc. and is intended for use as is.

1.1.1. Glucose level
We collect your information including level of glucose through sensors. Through your information including duration, number of glucose measurements, reference level of glucose, minimum and maximum levels of glucose, exceeding and decreasing relative to the minimum and maximum levels, respectively, Clever Health can also calculate the indirect indicators based on this data. In order to provide you with accurate calculation results, we also need to refer to the information provided by you, such as your height, weight and gender.
1.1.2. Step counter
We collect your information including number of steps, stepping times, duration, distance, and height of physical exercise through sensors. Through your information including duration, number of steps, distance, height and stepping times of physical exercise, Clever Health can also calculate the calories consumed, type of exercise, step frequency, stride length, speed and ascending or descending height. In order to provide you with accurate calculation results, we also need to refer to the information provided by you, such as your height, weight and gender.
1.1.3. Sleep record
We collect your information of daily sleep time and duration by your use of mobile phone at night, and then calculate your average daily sleep and get-up time as well as average daily sleep duration.
1.1.4. Weight tracking
According to the weight information recorded in your application at different time points, including weighing time, weight, body fat rate, muscle rate, bone mass, protein content and body water. We collect your height and weight for calculating the body mass index (BMI).
1.1.5. Blood pressure record
We collect your information of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure at a certain time point by manual entry. In order to realize this function, we may collect the blood pressure data and blood pressure recording time entered by you for display.

3. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
